BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS

How to make steps
Heat the oven to 425ºF
Chop cauli into bite size pieces. Rinse well and let dry. Mix almond flour with spices and almond milk to make a thick batter. Coat each piece of cauli in the batter. Line & grease a parchment baking sheet and bake wings for 20 minutes. Melt butter, vinegar and spice into Franks Wing Sauce in a saucepan until combined.
Remove baking sheet after 20 minutes, coat each wing gently in wing sauce reserving two tablespoons, and bake in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush with remaining sauce, plate beautifully and ENJOY!

1 Medium Cauliflower
2/3 cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chilli powder
2/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 Tablespoons Butter (or vegan butter)
1 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Cayenne
