Hello from the Shuswap!  

 

We are Margaret and Nigel and a few years ago we ditched corporate life and built our dream home in Eagle Bay on Shuswap Lake.  Our background in destination tourism exposed us to a wide variety of tastes throughout the province but we found something really special here in the Shuswap.  

 

Since our move we have been exploring this stunning part of the planet and have discovered an endless supply of local culinary delights.  We have sampled the most amazing cheeses, meats, eggs, produce and of course wonderful beer and wine all grown right here in the Shuswap.   

 

When we aren’t sampling or cooking with local and seasonal products, you’ll find us hitting the over 600 kms of trails on foot, bike or snowshoes and of course in summer we soak up the sun on our beautiful Shuswap Lake.
